How it works.
Infloor heating begins with the installation of tubing within your concrete slab or over your subfloor.  With plywood subfloors and with old slabs, the tubing is run and then covered with a smoothe layer of underlayment such as Gyp-crete.

To heat the floor and the living space, liquid is heated and circulated through the infloor tubing.  You may choose from among a variety of heating sources and Bobcat offers a number of options.  One thing is certain: infloor heating is the best heating system you will never see.
